1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any CuraIT. product — including eLogbook, TravelBillo, Academic Portal, or this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who Can Use CuraIT.

Our services are intended for:

Medical students (MBBS, CCMP, and related programs)
Medical residents and postgraduate students
Practicing doctors and healthcare professionals
Research scholars in the medical field

You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Upload false or misleading clinical data.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use our products in ways that could harm other users or the medical profession.

5. Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ CuraIT. tools are designed for documentation and educational purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, and code on CuraIT. platforms are owned by CuraIT. and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Your personal clinical data entered in eLogbook remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment (eLogbook subscription, TravelBillo planners). By making a purchase:

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method via Razorpay.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

CuraIT. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
